How we work
We begin with a detailed review of your existing venue and your ambitions. From there, we develop a scheme that works commercially and architecturally, managing every stage of the planning process on your behalf.

We visit your venue, assess the site's potential for overnight accommodation and give you a clear view of what could be achieved — including likely unit numbers, placement, planning probability and indicative returns. You receive an initial design concept from our architects as part of this stage..
02 — Design & Planning
We develop a full design scheme alongside a planning strategy, managing pre-application discussions with the local authority before submitting a formal application. We prepare every element of the submission in-house, coordinating any required specialist reports.
03 — Planning Application & Consent
We see the application through to a decision and manage the discharge of any planning conditions, so that you can move forward with installation as smoothly as possible
04 — Post-Consent Support
We help you navigate the installation process from groundworks and utilities to coordination with your chosen manufacturer or contractor. We remain available to advise until the units are in place and guests are checking in.
