Alistair Fell
DIRECTOR
Alistair has a wealth of expertise in business growth and strategy as well as experience driving projects across a varied mix of development types.
Alistair loves finding out what our clients plans are and adding value with ideas that may not have been considered and then delivering the strategy collaboratively.

Ben Newton
PROJECT MANAGER
Ben started his professional career at Prospus Group whilst studying a MSC in Spatial Planning at Oxford Brookes. Ben now works with our clients to make sure that their projects are delivered.
When he isn’t delivering for clients or studying Ben will be found on the water as part of the Oxford Brookes rowing team.

Tom Woof
DIRECTOR OF PLANNING
Since graduating in planning studies at Oxford Brookes University, Tom has worked for councils in Wigan, Hammersmith & Fulham, Islington, Brent and Oxford as well as across private practice.
Tom was awarded a British Empire Medal for services to community planning and negotiated the first section 106 Agreement in the UK for Wembley Stadium among many career highlights.

Phil is a talented designer known for creating imaginative, award-winning sustainable buildings. He approaches each project with fresh ideas and a commitment to success.
Phil has delivered diverse projects, including new builds, refurbishments, interior design, landscapes, and historic conservation, worldwide.

DIRECTOR OF ENERGY
Derek has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry working across sectors from hydrogen, solar, wind and clean district heat. He brings a wealth of technical and commercial know how to our clients and can assist with all aspects of energy infrastructure and development.
